Sunken asphalt and/or holes at your garage apron are eye-sores and a serious liability to the home owner. Also, the exposed foundation is now at risk for rapid degradation and severe water damage. Jet-Black’s premium cut-out repair is the ultimate fix to the sunken or separated apron area. The asphalt is precisely cut out and completely rebuilt. Special attention is given to the quality and depth of the underlying rock base. Holes along or into the foundation are common and will be tightly packed with class 5 limestone and sunken areas are raised. The highest grade hot asphalt available is installed, leveled and compacted to re-build the asphalt to a proper mat thickness. An over-lay of asphalt is also an option, but is a lower quality repair and may re-sink in certain cases.
Broken areas, pot holes, large cracks, and heaved areas can also be repaired in a similar fashion to the apron replacement. Most cut-out repairs are guaranteed to last longer than the rest of your driveway. Sealcoat your driveway the next day for a beautiful, manicured finish and great curb appeal.
