Our Seven-Step Process

In this day and age, a company is only as good as the service it provides. Since 1988 we have provided our customers with the best, most professional, most responsive, and most efficient service in the industry. These are some of the services we provide:

Jet-Black^® 7-step sealcoating process

Power-Clean

First, we wire-brush and TORCH cracks and joints, then power-blow them. Next we
wire-brush, power-broom and power-blow the entire surface as necessary.

Heat-Treat Oil Spots

We TORCH and prime oil-spots with Jet-Black^® acrylic primer, which provides greater adhesion for the sealcoat to oil and gas spots.

Power-Edge

We cut overgrown grass along blacktop. This allows for the sealer to be applied to the edges of the driveway, sealing the whole driveway surface, preventing weed infiltration, and providing for a manicured finish.

Patch Cracks

We fill pavement cracks with HOT crack filler. Jet-Black^® rubberized crack filler exceeds federal specifications. It is equivalent to the process used on highways and city streets. For cracks 1/4 to 1-1/2 inches wide and remains pliable in winter temperatures. It stays flexible and resilient in all kinds of climates, year after year. It bonds well to both asphalt and concrete.

Caulk Joints

We use Jet-Black^® HOT rubberized joint filler between concrete Garage apron, sidewalk, and street, preventing costly water damage.

Sealcoating

We apply Jet-Black^® Industrial Grade Sealer with our one-of-a-kind, non-tracking, slip-resistant formula. The sealer is applied using techniques which help the sealer to penetrate into the pores of the blacktop.

Barricade Access

We barricade driveway with Jet-Black^® banner tape for up to 48 hours.

Additional services provided

Striping & Pavement Markings

Lot lines are precision marked with Jet-Black^® Industrial line traffic paint. Colors available are white, yellow, and handicap blue.

Games

Marking stencil for games on freshly sealed asphalt: tick-tack-toe, hop scotch, shuffle board, basket ball court lines and more. At participating locations.

Pot Holes & Sunken Asphalt Repair

We provide standard overlay and premium cut-out replacement repair.
